日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第13期（平成24年8月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、仙台の学生マンション2棟取得、八王子のレジデンス1棟売却を行った。リーシング費用、固都税が増加するも、賃貸収入及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比0.8%増益。物件売却益のうち70百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は14,306円と前期を1.6%下回った。第14期（平成25年2月期）は、都内のレジデンス2棟を運用するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得。礼金及び更新料の減少、前期の物件売却益がなくなること等により1.8%減益、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は14,400円となる見通し。
