日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人（NAF）がレジデンス2棟を運用するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。レジデンス2棟はともに東京都中央区に位置する平成17年竣工の賃貸マンション。三井住友トラスト不動産投資顧問がSPCのAMを行う。NAFの出資持分は9.1%。これに伴い、行使期限を平成26年9月とする優先交渉権を取得する。
