日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第12期（平成24年2月期）決算を発表した。第12期はレジデンス3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比7.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,548円となった。第13期（平成24年8月期）は、2棟取得及び1棟売却を予定。物件売却益85百万円計上により2.8%増収を見込む一方、固都税費用の増加等により2.6%減益、物件売却益のうち70百万円を内部留保することから、1口当たり分配金は13,800円と前期を5%下回る見通し。
