日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人（NAF）が仙台の学生マンション2棟を取得する。2棟の取得額は計17億円。売り主は伊藤忠商事。NAFは投資対象をレジデンスに特化しているが、学生寮、サービスアパートメント、シニア住宅等をその他アコモデーション資産として、取得価格の10%を上限として投資する方針を示している。今回の取得によりその他アコモデーション資産の投資比率は4.2%となる。
