日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第11期（平成23年8月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、20棟計367億円を取得。これにより前期比19.6%増益となるが、投資口数24%増加により、1口当たり分配金は13,508円と前期を4%下回った。第12期（平成24年2月期）は、3棟計56億円を取得。これにより前期比4.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,100円となる見通し。
