日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第10期（平成23年2月期）決算を発表した。第10期は物件の取得はなし。管理費や修繕費の減少等により前期比2.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,086円となった。第11期（平成23年8月期）は、期初に投資口追加発行を実施し19棟を取得。これにより前期比15%増益を見込むが、投資口数24%増加により1口当たり分配金は13,000円と前期を7.7%下回る見通し。続く第12期（平成24年2月期）は、修繕費の減少等により前期予想比4.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,600円となる見通し。
