日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人（NAF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は37,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出2,500口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で25%増の196,178口となる。調達資金は226億円を見込み、併せて取得を発表した19棟の取得資金に充当する。19棟の取得額は計306億円。このうち8棟は学生寮や社宅であり、オペレーターである共立メンテナンスと20年の定期賃貸借契約（当初10年間は固定賃料、解約禁止）を締結している。これによりNAFの資産規模は16%増の2,176億円となる。上記投資口追加発行及び19棟取得に伴い第11期（平成23年8月期）及び第12期（平成24年2月期）を発表。第11期は前期予想比17%増益、投資口数25%増により1口当たり分配金は13,000円と前期予想を下回る見通し。続く第12期（平成24年2月期）1口当たり分配金は13,500円となる見通し。
