日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第9期（平成22年8月期）決算を発表した。第9期はレジデンス2棟を取得。これにより賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったことにより前期比5%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,748円となった。第10期（平成23年2月期）は、賃貸事業費用の減少を見込み前期比1%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,900円となる見通し。
