日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第8期（平成22年2月期）決算を発表した。第8期は期初に公募増資を実施し、レジデンス18棟を取得及び1棟を売却。賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益556百万円が寄与し、前期比47%増益、投資口数が37%増加するも1口当たり分配金は14,567円と前期を7%上回った。第9期（平成22年8月期）は、レジデンス1棟を取得。4%増収を見込む一方、賃貸事業費用及び支払利息の増加等により8%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,400円となる見通し。
