日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第7期（平成21年8月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入が減少する一方、賃貸事業費用及び支払利息の増加に伴い前期比6.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,626円となった。併せて、投資口の追加発行42,000口及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出3,000口、レジデンス18棟取得（計426億円）及び1棟売却を発表。J-REITの公募増資は2008年7月以来となる。調達資金は約200億円を見込み、新規物件の取得資金に充当する。ファンドの資産規模は取得価格ベースで28%増の1,800億円となる。投資口追加発行及び物件取得及び売却に伴い、第8期（平成22年2月期）は43%増益、投資口数が39%増加となるものの、1口当たり分配金は14,000円と前期を上回る見通し。続く第9期（平成22年8月期）1口当たり分配金は13,000円となる見通し。
