日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が第6期（平成21年2月期）決算を発表した。第6期は物件の取得はなし。PM費用及び修繕費の減少等により前期比0.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,587円となった。第7期（平成21年8月期）は、1%増収を見込む一方、支払利息の増加等により4.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,900円となる見通し。
