日本アコモデーションファンド投資法人が8月4日東証に上場する。オフィスビル特化の日本ビルファンド投資法人に続いて、三井不動産が組成する2番めのREIT。賃貸住宅を中心に、学生寮、サービスアパートメント、シニア住宅等も投資対象とし、これらを「アコモデーション資産」とする。上場前からマンション10棟を運用し、上場時に17棟を追加する。旗艦物件は高層賃貸住宅の先駆けとも言える「リバーシティ21大川端賃貸棟(東京・中央区、取得額297億円)」で、全REITの住居物件としては最大規模。資産運用会社は三井不動産が100%出資する(株)三井不動産アコモデーションファンドマネジメント。
