東海道リート投資法人が、第6期（2024年7月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「各務ヶ原インダストリアルセンター」の底地等10物件を取得。これにより前期比12.5％増益。投資口数14.8％増加により、1口当たり分配金は3,284円と前期比2％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは22物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は530億円、有利子負債比率は46.9％。 第7期（2025年1月期）は、賃貸収入の増加、融資関連費用の減少により、前期比2.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,380円となる見通し。 第8期（2025年7月期）は、固都税、修繕費、支払利息の増加により、前期予想比2.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,285円となる見通し。 スポンサー及びパートナー会社との連携によりパイプラインを拡充し、中期的には1,000億円、中長期的には2,000億円を目指す。 また1口当たり巡航分配金の目標額を年間6,530～6,630円とする。
