SOSiLA物流リート投資法人が、第8期（2023年11月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は、「LiCS所沢」を取得した。新規物件及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比8.3％増益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,830円と前期比7.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは17物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,425億円、有利子負債比率は42.2％。 第9期（2024年5月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、修繕費やリーシング費用の増加により、前期比4.1％減益を見込む。利益超過分配金を増額するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,765円と前期比2.3％減となる見通し。 第10期（2024年11月期）は、リーシング費用や融資関連費用の減少により、前期予想比1.3％減益を見込む。利益超過分配金を減額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,765円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 引き続きスポンサーの住友商事のパイプラインを活用し、資金コストを意識した物件取得を行い、中期目標である資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
