SOSiLA物流リート投資法人が、第7期（2023年5月期）決算を発表した。 第7期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「SOSiLA尼崎」「SOSiLA八潮」を取得した。これにより前期比4.1％増益。投資口数6.7％増により、1口当たり利益分配金は前期比2.4％減。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,628円と前期比1.6％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは16物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,412億円、有利子負債比率は42.0％。 第8期（2023年11月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比5.3％増益を見込む。利益超過分配金を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,760円と前期比5.0％増となる見通し。 第9期（2024年5月期）は、固都税や修繕費の増加により、前期予想比1.8％減益を見込む。利益超過分配金を増額するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,729円と前期予想比1.1％減となる見通し。 引き続きスポンサーの住友商事のパイプラインを活用し、中期目標である資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
