SOSiLA物流リート投資法人が、第6期（2022年11月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、「LiCS富士メンテナンスセンター」「LiCS水戸」を取得した。新規2物件の収益と前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比2.9％増益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,671円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは15物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,232億円、有利子負債比率は38.5％。 第7期（2023年5月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「SOSiLA尼崎」「SOSiLA八潮」を取得。これにより前期比3.6％増益を見込むが、投資口数6.7％増により、1口当たり利益分配金は前期比3％減となる。利益超過分配を増額するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,628円と1.6％減となる見通し。 第8期（2023年11月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比4.2％増益を見込む。利益超過分配を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,760円と5％増となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は42.0％程度を想定。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
