SOSiLA物流リート投資法人が、第5期（2022年5月期）決算を発表した。 第5期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「SOSiLA海老名」の追加持分等、3物件を取得した。これにより前期比10.8％増益。投資口数11.4％増加により、1口当たり利益分配金は前期比0.6％減となったが、減価償却費の30％相当と一時差異等調整引当額の計192百万円の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,579円と前期を僅かに上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは13物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,210億円、有利子負債比率は39.0％。またJCRの格付けがAA-へ向上した。 第6期（2022年11月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や、前期の投資口発行費用がなくなることにより、前期比1.6％増益を見込む。分配金の平準化を目的に利益超過分配金を219百万円に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,654円と前期比2.9％増となる見通し。 第7期（2023年5月期）は、賃貸事業費用の増加により、前期予想比0.8％減益を見込む。214百万円の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,628円と前期予想比1％減となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
