SOSiLA物流リート投資法人が、第1期（2020年5月期）決算を発表した。 第1期における実質的な運用期間は、上場日である2019年12月10日からの174日間。 上場時に「SOSiLA横浜港北」等、物流施設7物件を取得。上場時に公表した業績予想に対し、修繕費等の賃貸事業費用が減少したことにより、予想比3.3％増益となった。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,173円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは7物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は765億円、有利子負債比率は37.7％。 第2期（2020年11月期）は、固都税が通期費用化する一方、7物件の賃貸収入の通期寄与、上場費用の減少により、前期比9.5％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,363円となる見通し。 第3期（2021年5月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も2,363円となる見通し。 中期的な資産規模目標として、スポンサーである住友商事が開発した、関東エリア及び関西エリアを中心とする消費地近接型物流施設を取得し、上場後5年を目処に資産規模2,000億円台を目指す。
