サンケイリアルエステート投資法人が、物件入替えを行う。 2023年10月に総合型REITへの転換を発表し、スポンサーであるサンケイビルとの間で、物件入替えに関する優先交渉権を取得済であった。これに伴い優先交渉権を行使する。 「インターゲート京都四条新町」等ホテル3物件を取得する一方、「ブリーゼタワー」と「品川シーサイドTSタワー」を売却する。これにより入替え後のポートフォリオは、オフィスの投資比率が82％から59％へ低下する一方、ホテル及び物流施設の投資比率が18％から41％へ上昇する。 なお、品川シーサイドTSタワーは売却損が発生するが、ブリーゼタワーの売却益と相殺する。業績予想は既に織り込み済であるため、修正はなし。
