サンケイリアルエステート投資法人（SRE）が、「ブリーゼタワー」の一部を売却する。 物件は、大阪・梅田エリアにある、2008年竣工、37階建のタワービル。 SREはオフィス部分の区分所有権の準共有持分45％を保有する。 ポートフォリオの旗艦物件である品川シーサイドTSタワーの主要テナントであるソニーグループが2022年3月、2023年3月及び5月に段階的に計21フロアの退去となり、ポートフォリオ全体の稼働率は85.6％（7月末時点）と低下している。 これによる減収分を軽減するため、ブリーゼタワーの一部をスポンサーであるサンケイビルに売却する。売却する部分は準共有持分の1.55％。売却額は6.2億円。残り準共有持分43.45％は引き続きSREが保有する。 これにより売却益が第9期（2023年8月期）に計上されるが、4月に公表された業績予想に織り込み済であるため、業績予想の修正はなし。
