サンケイリアルエステート投資法人（SRE）が、港区赤坂のオフィスビルを取得する。 物件は、地下鉄赤坂駅より徒歩1分に位置する、2015年竣工、8階建、スポンサーであるサンケイビルが開発したオフィスビル。6月末時点のテナントは2社、稼働率は100％。SREは共有持分60％を取得する。取得額は42億円。 これに伴い、第4期（2021年2月期）業績予想を修正。8月に修正した業績予想に対し4.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,607円となる見通し。 併せて第5期（2021年8月期）業績予想を発表。固都税、資産運用報酬、借入関連費用が増加するが、上記物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期予想比0.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,609円となる見通し。 有利子負債比率は第4期末及び第5期末ともに47.5％を見込む。
