サンケイリアルエステート投資法人が、第2期（2020年2月期）決算を発表した。 第2期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「品川シーサイドTSタワー」等、4物件を取得。変則期間の前期に対し運用期間が6ヶ月間となったことや、新規物件の収益寄与により、前期比218％増益。投資口数が48.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,995円と前期比114％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は673億円、有利子負債比率は44.6％。 第3期（2020年8月期）は、固都税の費用化開始により、前期比22.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,324円となる見通し。 第4期（2021年2月期）は、前期予想比3.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,415円となる見通し。 なお、新型コロナウイルスの影響により、店舗の一部テナントより賃料減額請求や支払猶予の要請を受けており、影響が2020年12月まで続く前提で減収リスクを織り込んで業績予想を算出している。
