エスコンジャパンリート投資法人が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する物件は、愛知県名古屋市にある、2019年竣工、10階建の宿泊特化型ホテル「コンパスホテル名古屋」。総客室数は130室。2026年7月期中に、韓国のホテルオペレーターであるSONOグループへオペレーターを変更し、「SONO MOON Nagoya（仮称）」にリブランドする予定。取得額は44億円。 一方、売却する物件は、関西エリアに保有する底地4件。4物件の売却額は計24億円。売却先は非開示。これによる売却益は89百万円を見込む。 ホテル投資比率が9.3％に上昇しインフレ耐性を高めるとともに、中部圏の投資比率を6.4％に高め地域分散を図る。 現時点で本物件入替えによる業績予想の修正はなし。
