エスコンジャパンリート投資法人が、第15期（2024年7月期）決算を発表した。 第15期は、スポンサーである中電不動産を割当先とする第三者割当増資を行い、「tonarie大和高田」の持分等3物件を取得する一方、「ヨシヅヤYストア西春店」等3物件を売却した。これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却損益差引き28百万円が寄与し、前期比2.9％増益。投資口数が2.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,242円と0.5％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは37物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は703億円、有利子負債比率は43.1％。 第16期（2025年1月期）は、前期の物件売却損益がなくなるが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比1.2％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は3,280円となる見通し。 第17期（2025年7月期）は、tonarie南千里のリニューアル工事が完了予定。これによる賃料増額が寄与し、前期予想比9.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,600円となる見通し。 引き続き2026年1月期までの中期目標である資産規模1,500億円を目指す。
