エスコンジャパンリート投資法人（EJR）が、第12期（2023年1月期）業績予想を修正した。 昨年7月に資産運用会社であるエスコンアセットマネジメントが、鑑定会社への不適切な働きかけ、鑑定会社の選定方法が金商法の忠実義務に違反すると認められ、金融庁より業務停止命令と業務改善命令を受けた。 これを受け、EJRの投資主1名が、EJRに資産運用会社の責任追及訴訟の提起を請求。外部調査の結果、保有物件3物件に関する損害が認められ、資産運用会社が損害金6億66百万円を賠償することとなった。 これにより、9月に公表した業績予想に対し63％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は5,225円となる見通し。 なお、第13期（2023年7月期）業績予想は修正なし。
