エスコンジャパンリート投資法人が、第11期（2022年7月期）決算を発表した。 第11期における物件取得はなし。固都税や修繕費が増加したが、ヨシヅヤYストア西春店（旧・パレマルシェ西春）のテナント入替えに伴う原状回復費収入計上、リファイナンス費用及び投資口発行費用の減少により、前期比0.3％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は3,604円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは38物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は696億円、有利子負債比率は43.5％。 第12期（2023年1月期）は、修繕費が減少する一方、ヨシヅヤYストア西春店の原状回復費収入の反動減により、前期比11.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,201円となる見通し。 第13期（2023年7月期）は、リファイナンス費用の減少により、前期予想比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,218円となる見通し。 資産運用会社であるエスコンアセットマネジメントが7月に金融庁より業務停止命令及び業務改善命令の行政処分を受けたことから、運用体制及び運営方法を改善した上で、再び外部成長に取り組む予定。
