エスコンジャパンリート投資法人が、第10期（2022年1月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「tonarie栂・美木多」の追加持分等、商業施設及び底地の計11物件を取得した。これにより前期比26.3％増益。投資口数が24.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,593円と前期比1.6％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは38物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は696億円、有利子負債比率44.1％。 第11期（2022年7月期）は、パレマルシェ西春のテナント入替えに伴う賃料減額、固都税の増加により、前期比4.3％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,440円となる見通し。 第12期（2023年1月期）は、リファイナンス費用の増加により、前期予想比4.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,276円となる見通し。 スポンサーである中部電力及び日本エスコンのサポートを活用し、資産規模拡大を図り、引き続き中期目標である資産規模1,000億円を目指す。
