エスコンジャパンリート投資法人が、第9期（2021年7月期）決算を発表した。 第9期における物件取得はなし。コロナ禍を要因とする賃料減額や解約に伴う減収、固都税の増加により、前期比1.7％減益。1口当たり分配金は3,538円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは28物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は519億円、有利子負債比率は43.6％。 第10期（2022年1月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「シュロアモール長嶺」等、商業施設3物件、底地8物件の計11物件を取得し、資産規模は696億円となった。これにより前期比25.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が24.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,565円と前期比0.8％増となる見通し。 第11期（2022年7月期）は、パレマルシェ西春の主要テナントが2022年4月に契約終了となる。これによる減収や固都税の増加を想定する一方、投資口発行費用やリファイナンス費用の減少により、前期予想比0.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,570円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模1,000億円を目指す。
