エスコンジャパンリート投資法人が、第6期（2020年1月期）決算を発表した。 第6期における物件取得はなし。上場時に取得した物件の通期稼働、上場費用及び融資関連費用の減少により、前期比31.5％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は3,728円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは25物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は416億円、有利子負債比率は43.6％。 第7期（2020年7月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「tonarie大和高田」等、3物件を取得し、資産規模519億円となった。これにより前期比5.1％増益を見込むが、投資口数19.4％増加により、1口当たり分配金は3,279円と、前期比12％減となる見通し。 第8期（2021年1月期）は、支払利息や投資口発行費用の減少により、前期予想比5.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,474円となる見通し。 サポート契約を締結する中部電力グループである中電不動産とのサポート体制を強化。中期目標として資産規模1,000億円を目指す。
