● 2019年5月期と2019年11月期の業績予想
2019年5月期（第35期）の業績は、営業収益6,359百万円（前期比2.3%増）、営業利益3,005百万円（同2.1%増）、経常利益2,544百万円（同2.3%増）、当期純利益2,544百万円（同2.3%増）の見通しだ。また、2019年11月期（第36期）は、営業収益6,048百万円（前期比4.9%減）、営業利益2,698百万円（同10.2%減）、経常利益2,234百万円（同12.2%減）、当期純利益2,234百万円（同12.2%減）を予想する。ただ、これまで常に期初予想を上回る決算を続けていることを考えると、今回も堅めの業績予想と見られる。
外部成長戦略では、2019年5月期初に4物件を取得済である。また、内部成長戦略では、オフィス・レジデンスともに、継続的な稼働率の高位安定と賃料増額改定の進展を見込む。さらに、財務戦略では、引き続き安定した金融環境のもと、低い金利調達コストを見込んでいる。以上により、順調な収支見通しの改善を受けて、2019年5月期の分配金は2,400円（前期比同50円増）、2019年11月期も2,400円と、高水準を予想している。
