2017年1月28日、J-REIT各社が集結する個人投資家向けIRイベント「J-REITファン2017」が東京証券取引所を会場として開催されました（主催：株式会社東京証券取引所、株式会社日経ラジオ社、株式会社プロネクサス）。
イベントは運用成績や投資戦略、市場展望についてJ-REIT各社から直接お話を伺える貴重な機会である他、マスコミでお馴染みの著名アナリストの講演も行われ、当日は午前中の早い時間からお越しいただく方が多く、延べ入場者数は700名を超え、各種セミナーや特別講演では満席になる会場もあり、盛況ぶりが窺えました。
