今回は、アールジェイ・インベストメント株式会社 代表取締役 井野好男氏にインフラファンド市場とファンドの特長に関してインタビュー形式でお話していただきました。
本投資法人の2つ目の特徴は、スポンサーの開発力に支えられた豊富なパイプラインが存在する点です。前述しました通り、スポンサーが開発中の太陽光発電所は30物件、合計パネル出力は約400MWであり、本投資法人のポートフォリオ拡大に大きく貢献するものであります。
3つ目は、安定性の部分でもご説明しましたが、倒産隔離スキームの採用により安定性を高めた運用ストラクチャーを構築している点です。
オペレーターと発電設備の賃借人を分断して、発電設備の賃借人（オペレーターSPC）は倒産隔離をし、更にオペレーターSPCには十分なキャッシュリザーブを積むことで安定したキャッシュフローを確保するように手当をしていることで、投資家の皆様の観点からも安心いただけるかと思います。
