マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、7月29日東証に上場する（証券コードは3470）。主要なスポンサーである株式会社マリモは、広島に本社を置く不動産会社であり、地方の分譲マンション開発事業を中心に、近年はアジアにも進出する。また地方の不動産再生事業の実績を持つ株式会社リビタと、三重銀行、みちのく銀行の地方銀行2行がスポンサーに参画し、地方創生を目的とした運用体制を築く。投資法人は、レジデンスと商業施設を中心とした総合型として、地方都市を中心に東京圏にも分散投資する。上場時のポートフォリオは、レジデンス8棟、商業施設6棟、オフィスビル2棟、ホテル1棟の計17棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は161.7億円、地方圏の投資割合は78％、鑑定NOI利回りは6.93％。上場時に投資口88,500口の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し8,850口を行い、調達額は第三者割当増資を含め約97億円を見込む。IPOブックビルディングは7月13日～7月20日、主幹事証券会社はSMBC日興証券。
