ラサールロジポート投資法人が、2月17日に東証に上場する。東京圏及び大阪圏に位置する、大規模かつ高機能の物流施設を投資対象とする。スポンサーは、世界的な不動産投資会社ラサールグループの日本拠点であるラサール不動産投資顧問。平成15年より国内の物流施設へ投資及び開発の実績を持つ。上場時のポートフォリオは、神奈川県川崎市、相模原市、千葉県柏市、流山市の物流施設計8棟、取得額は計1,614億円。鑑定NOI利回りは4.9％。上場前にJCRよりAA-の格付けを取得済み。また、減価償却費の30％を目処として毎期継続的に利益超過分配を行い、更に一時的に分配金が減少する場合は、減価償却費の40％を上限として利益超過分配を上乗せする方針。上場に際し、投資口1,050,800口（国内721,250口、海外329,550口）の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し47,700口を行い、調達額は第三者割当増資を含め1,098億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは1月28日から2月2日。
