日本ヘルスケア投資法人（証券コード3308）が11月5日東証に上場する。ヘルスケア施設に特化するREITは国内初の上場となる。スポンサーは大和証券グループ。資産運用会社は、大和証券オフィス投資法人を運用する大和リアル・エステート・アセット・マネジメントで、ヘルスケア投資事業を行うAIPジャパンとアドバイザリー契約を締結する。投資法人は既に有料老人ホーム8棟を運用しており、更に上場時に6棟を取得し、計14棟、取得額計132.8億円で上場する。上場時の全物件において、テナントである施設運営会社（オペレーター）と長期固定賃料の賃貸借契約を締結する。また減価償却費の40%を上限として毎期利益超過分配を行うこと、体験入居等の投資主優待制度を設けることを発表。上場時に39,000口を発行し、第三者割当増資と併せて約61億円の調達を見込む。ブックビルディングは10月20日～24日、主幹事証券会社は大和証券。
