J-REIT、インフラファンドのIR祭り

2018年11月24日（土）、日本における証券取引の中心地東京証券取引所で株式会社東京証券取引所（日本取引所グループ）と株式会社日経ラジオ社、株式会社プロネクサスの三社を主催とするイベント「J-REITファン2018秋」が開催されました。
これまではJ-REITやインフラファンドについて個人投資家の理解を深め、活発な投資とより良い資産形成に繋げてもらうことを目的に1年1回のペースで開催されていた「J-REITファン」ですが、個人投資家のJ-REITやインフラファンドへの関心の高まりを受け、2018年は2月に開催されたものとあわせて計2回の開催となりました。
会場となった東証ホールでは、J-REITやインフラファンドから計17社がブースや講演会を開き、積極的に個人投資家に自社の強みや投資対象としての魅力をアピールしていました。
今回、そうしたJ-REIT各社のアピールや著名人も参加しての特別講演会の内容から特に印象に残ったものを中心にご紹介していきたいと思います。
