東海道リート投資法人が、6月22日、東証に上場する。（証券コード：2989） REIT市場における新規上場は、2019年12月に上場したSOSiLA物流リート投資法人以来1年半ぶりとなる。 本投資法人は、静岡を中心に愛知県・三重県の東海道エリアに重点投資する地方型REIT。スポンサーは静岡を拠点とするデベロッパーであるヨシコン（ジャスダック上場）を中心に、東海道エリアが地盤の9社。 投資対象は、物流施設・オフィスビルの「産業インフラアセット」と、住宅・商業施設の底地の「生活インフラアセット」の2つのタイプに区分する。 上場時のポートフォリオは、「浜松プラザ」の底地等、計8物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は303.3億円、平均鑑定NOI利回りは5.6％。 有利子負債比率は60％を上限に設定し、通常は40％～50％を目安とする。 上場時に投資口162,860口を発行し、調達額は156億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは6月7日～6月11日。
