エスコンジャパンリート投資法人が、来年2月13日東証に上場する。 スポンサーの日本エスコンは総合不動産デベロッパーとして東証一部に上場している。 資産運用会社となるエスコンアセットマネジメントを2014年に設立、2016年に投資法人を設立し、投資運用業を開始。投資法人は2017年に3物件を取得し私募で運用している。 投資法人の投資対象は、四大都市圏の地域密着型の商業施設（底地を含む）をポートフォリオの80％以上、特に底地の投資割合を50％程度とする方針。 上場時に22物件を追加取得し、上場時のポートフォリオは25物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は416億円とする。鑑定NOI利回りは5.1％。底地の投資比率は54.9％。旗艦物件は大阪府吹田市の商業施設「tonarie南千里」。 上場後は日本エスコンの開発力、中部電力グループのサポートを活用し、更なる成長を図る。 上場に際し、投資口188,351口の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出9,189口を行い、調達額は197億円を見込む。IPOブックビルディングは2019/1/28～2019/2/1。
