タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、7月27日、東証に上場する（証券コード3492）。 スポンサーは、マンションデベロッパーであり、また上場インフラファンドを運用するタカラレーベン、外資系投資会社であるPAGグループを中心に、共立メンテナンスとヤマダ電機が参画する。 投資法人は、東京・名古屋・大阪・福岡の四大経済圏のオフィス及び住居を中心にホテルや商業施設等を投資対象とした総合型REIT。タカラレーベンの開発力、PAGグループの不動産運用力、共立メンテナンスのホテル運用力、ヤマダ電機のネットワーク等、スポンサー各社の強みを活用していく。 上場時のポートフォリオは、オフィスビル17物件、住居6物件、ホテル2物件、商業施設2物件の計27物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は643.7億円、平均鑑定NOI利回りは5.2％。オフィスが81％を占める。 上場時に投資口344,000口（海外募集含む）を発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出17,000口を行い、調達額は約344億円を見込む。IPOブックビルディングは7月11日～7月18日。
